About the Dojo Athletic Club
The Dojo Athletic Club is where YOU are going to become a better version of
yourself. You WILL:
•increase your self-esteem
•take your body beyond levels you ever thought possible
•Improve the quality of your day to day life.
The methods you will use are based on old ideas, new and powerful Science,
home-grown creativity, and years of sweat and toil under the iron. Our
programming emphasizes relative strength, muscular endurance, and
maximum power output, because these are the areas that matter.
The Dojo Athletic Club was founded on the Principles of the Martial Arts:
Dedication, Form, Balance, Calm Spirit, Body Control, Strength, Power,
Kindness. And YOU will cultivate ALL of them.
