Body

Actions

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “what you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear
what you say.”

You’re body is your life. It is the only one you get. And the way you treat
your body is directly correlated with the quality of your life. It matters not
what claims you make about your priorities. It doesn’t matter if you plan to
get into “shape”. The only thing that matters is what you do. What you do
is who you are. “Plan the work, work the plan,” said Dan John. The second
part is crucial.

Our programs are designed to integrate the Mind and Body resulting in a
healthier build, lower stress, and a greater sense of well being. Here you will
learn how to treat your body right. Here you will learn how to “work the
plan.”

You will use the toughest routines, use the toughest exercises, and get the
greatest of results. You will learn what it means to work hard. Really hard.
And you’ll learn to love it.

Flexibility

Bruce Lee famously said, “Be water my friend.” He meant: be flexible, fluid,
take life in stride, dodge when you need to dodge, and adapt. You will
adapt. You will have to. Your routines will push you to new levels you once
thought impossible. You will become a new, more powerful, you.

Here we forge ourselves into athletes. Some compete in sports, some
compete in life, but we all compete with ourselves. You are your greatest
competitor. And only you stand in your way. Adapt, be flexible. Embrace
change.

Functionality

All of the greatest physique transformation programs are functional in
nature. It is no accident that advanced athletes also look so good. If you
want to be a great athlete, or if you just want to lose 50 pounds of body fat,
the process is the same: build a functional body, and you will look like you
have a functional body.

You will learn functional movement patterns: Squats, deadlifts, pull ups, push
ups, swings, sprints, jump rope, farmers walk, cleans, snatches, one arm
lifts, etc. You will use them in a functional routine that consists of heavy
workloads, complexes, supersets, and total body training sessions.

The body evolved as a unit. Your arms are not separate from your torso,
nor is your torso separate from your legs. And likewise, you will never have
an “arm” day or a “leg” day. Every day is arm day. Every day is leg day.
Every day you train is a day when you train your entire body. There are
exceptions, but not many.

Elitism and the Struggle

We believe in struggle. Struggle is good. If you are to become a black belt in
a martial art, you must struggle. If you are to earn a PhD, you must
struggle. And if you are to posses a truly strong mind in a truly strong
body, you must struggle.

We don’t weed out clients based on price. Most trainers do. The prices are
affordable. But, we are elite. Those that are not afraid to toil, to struggle,
stay. Those that are afraid, leave. It is a self regulating system.

We are performance based. It’s not the numbers you hit, it is not how much
weight you can lift, it is not how many chin ups you can do, nor is it how you
look that defines you. Instead it is your willingness to put forth the
maximum amount of effort you are capable of. You will work as hard as you
are able, and in so doing, you will be a champion.

And your body will respond in kind. You WILL look better. You WILL feel
better. And you WILL perform better.
